Wednesday’s Food Truck Night features four vendors – Foodhini, Ford’s Fish Shack, Timber Pizza, and Kona Ice!
Foodhini: Foodhini returns to Wyngate! This vendor was founded on the idea that food can be used to create new opportunities for our immigrant and refugee communities, and also satisfy the appetites of hungry foodies in search of authentic multicultural meals. Their menu is filled with amazing dishes from Afghanistan, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ivory Coast, and Laos! Please consider ordering from this great organization! All food is prepared in Foodhini’s commercial kitchen and features an array of fantastic chefs from all over the world.

Ford’s Fish Shack: First time at Wyngate! Their concept is simple: Create a comfortable and friendly fish shack like the many that are scattered along the New England coast. Their Ford’s on the Road food truck brings their wicked good restaurant favorites to you, including “lobstah” rolls, fish tacos, crab cake sandwiches, kids’ items, and more.

Timber Pizza: Timber returns to Wyngate to make personal sized 10-inch pizzas in their wood-fired oven. Each pizza takes about 90 seconds to bake! The Bentley is their #1 seller and the Green Monster is sure to satisfy any veggie or pesto lovers!
