Wyngate Elementary Cares (WE Cares) provides PTA-sponsored opportunities for Wyngate students and their families to participate in service activities that benefit the larger community. WE Cares’ first event of the 2018 – 2019 school year, the Fall SANDWICH MAKING event, will take place at Wyngate on Wednesday, October 24th, immediately before the start of the school day. At this event, you and your children will help assemble sandwiches and prepare brown bag lunches for Bethesda Cares, a community outreach organization that works to prevent, ease and ultimately end homelessness throughout Montgomery County. These lunches will be distributed at a Bethesda Cares-sponsored soup kitchen.

WHERE: Wyngate’s dual purpose room (room 105), directly across from the cafeteria
