Call for Submissions: Wyngate PTA Directory Cover Art Contest

DEADLINE EXTENDED: Submissions Due September 18th!
 
As everyone gets back into the groove of the new school year, and new way of attending school, we realize the importance of everyone being able to connect with each other now more than ever. This year’s Wyngate PTA Directory will be an important tool to help folks connect with each other and provide pertinent information about the school year. Which is why every family will have one mailed to them this year. (Don’t forget to verify your contact information to be included!)
 
Given all this year has entailed to date, we would love for a Wyngate student’s original artwork to be featured on the cover of the directory. A panel of judges from the PTA Directory and Communications committees will judge all submissions from students in grades K-5. One winner will be chosen to feature their artwork on the directory cover, with second and third place entries being featured inside the directory. 
 
All submissions must meet the following requirements:
  • Size: No larger than 5.5 in. wide x 8.5 in tall
  • Black and white only 
  • Must be student’s own, original artwork
  • The artwork must include the words, “Wyngate Elementary 2020-21 Directory” on the cover
 
Please submit all entries as a scanned .pdf or .jpeg file to wyngateesdirectory@gmail.com, including the student’s name, grade, and teacher by Friday, September 11th, 2020 September 18, 2020.
 
We look forward to kicking off the school year and receiving everyone’s thoughtful artwork in the coming weeks!
