Dear Wyngate families,
There’s only about one week left for students to turn in art pages, bookmark contest submissions, and Scholastic Book Fair pre-sales forms in advance of Kazu Kabiushi’s visit to Wyngate.
Currently, there’s a tie between Mr. Gamard’s and Mrs. Smith’s classes for which Wyngate classroom will host the private graphic novel workshop with Mr. Kibuishi. Please encourage your child to participate by printing the attached packet so that your child may participate in the contest. Remember that the classroom with the highest number of art page submissions will win the private workshop!
Last, while Mr. Kibuishi’s books will be sold at the Scholastic Book Fair, we can’t guarantee that the books won’t sell out. If you would like to be sure to have a book for your child for Mr. Kibuishi’s after-school book signing, please submit the attached presale flyer by Friday, Nov. 2.
